Raise your hand if you saw 2020 coming.
Me neither.
I can’t say that I would have started a blog if I had known what was coming. Luckily I didn’t know, because Just Open Leaders launched in June and has reached readers in 89 countries since then.
Here are the posts that were most loved, most debated and most shared in 2020.
A Snapshot of 2020
The six most popular 2020 posts spoke to a year like no other.
Unsurprisingly, posts about landing a new job and surviving stressful working conditions trended this year. I’m glad Just Open Leaders could help here during challenging times.
Yet, readers shared and engaged the most with posts that explored simple, powerful lessons on leadership. In this trend I see a great deal of hope against the disruption of the pandemic. A reclaiming of agency in our lives, a wave of local action and a growing sense that everyday leadership is a big part of the solution to the challenges of our times.
